How long does it take before the account is approved/opened?
We need to verify your identity; the process can take as little as a few hours but in some cases, it might take a little longer. The final step of opening your Bueno account is the verification of your identity. You will take a photo of your ID document and then record a short video to document that you are present in person during the process (the video is only a few seconds long, you are asked to turn you head left/right and then say out 3 numbers loud). This may be due to the quality of the image/video. Make sure you take a clear photo of your ID document. Good lightening is required but avoid glare on the ID image. An image of a scanned copy of your ID is not allowed, you must take a picture of the ID document.
