I have not received the verification email, what do I do?
You should receive an email from us within minutes after submitting your registration, this email contains a code that you will use the first time you login.
The verification code is valid for one hour so make sure you verify your account as soon as possible. If the code has expired just ask for a new one when you log in.
What to do if you don’t find the verification email:
Check your spam/trash folder and on Gmail also the marketing folder
If the Bueno email is located in these folders, follow the steps below to ensure you receive future emails from us
Search for the email
We will send the email from “getbueno” so just search for this in your mailbox
As a last option, contact our support team on the live chat or through WhatsApp/Messenger and they will share the activation code with you
Our emails can occasionally end up in your 'promotions' or 'junk' folder. You can mark them as safe in a few clicks:
Gmail web: hover over icon at the top of the email > Add to Contacts.
Gmail mobile: 3 grey dots > Move to > Primary
Apple Mail: Tap on email address near top > Add to VIP.
Some email providers can have problems receiving our email
Sometimes emails are blocked before they enter your inbox, you will then not receive the email at all. We are continuously working on improving our email delivery rate but some emails will fail to be delivered.
If you have a Gmail account, we recommend using it when registering with us, they have the best delivery rate of all email providers.
