How does the identification process work?

The final step of opening your Bueno account is the verification of your identity. You will take a photo of your ID document and then record a short video to document that you are present in person during the process (the video is only a few seconds long, you are asked to turn you head left/right and then say out 3 numbers loud).  

A software will check your ID document, in the event that the software fails to verify your identity a manual check will be carried out.
